What happens if we don’t hit 15 bookings in 30 days?

We stand by our promise. If your clinic doesn’t secure 15 qualified new bookings within the first 30 days after go-live, our team continues working at no charge until the target is reached. That means no additional invoices, no hidden fees—just continued implementation until you’re at or above 15.

What counts as a booking?

A booking is defined as a new patient consult or appointment scheduled by a first-time lead through your pipeline (phone, booking link, or reactivation campaign). Existing patient follow-ups, cancellations, and reschedules do not count toward the 15.

How are no-shows treated?

If a new patient books but does not attend, the booking still counts toward the 15, but our system includes reminder automations and no-show rescue messaging to recover those opportunities. Many clinics see 20–30% of no-shows re-book successfully.

 

What if my clinic has limited hours or seasonal demand?
