Is it just $99/mo really?
Honestly, yes, but there's a small technicality. Here's how it works.
We put a tracking phone number on your website and Google Business page. Don't worry, it still rings your real number every time. Any calls, texts, or form submissions get tracked in the app so your whole team can see and respond to them automatically.
The two things we can't get around:
1. We need to set you up with a new number to handle texting on your behalf.
2. Phone and SMS charges go straight to the carriers, not us.
Getting your number set up is a one-time $25 fee, then about $10/mo after that (SMS is $0.03/msg). That money goes directly to the phone carriers.
So the breakdown is simple:

~$10/mo to the carriers
How does the tracking phone number work?
Pretty simple, and I don't need much from you.
I grab you a local number with your area code. There's a one-time $25 fee to the carriers to get it verified, then it lives inside the software from there on out.
Phone charges (calls/texts) are on you at $0.03/SMS.
When your balance hits $0, it auto-reloads $10 to keep things running.
What do you need from me then?
Just 2-3 things, depending on your situation:
Fill out a short onboarding form.
Google Business Profile manager access.
Domain name access. (Your ".com")
The form and Google Business access take 15 minutes or less. If you don't have a Google Business Profile yet, stop and go make one first.
For your domain, it depends on where you're at. If it's already in GoDaddy or somewhere similar, I can log in and point it to your new site. If you need a new one, I can grab it for you at about $12/yr (straight to the registrar, not me).
And if you want to keep your existing site, that works too. I'd just need access to update the forms.
What CRM software are you using?
Go High Level. The $99/mo is about as low as I can go while still being able to run ads and help more people.
What sets me apart is that I know this software inside and out, I've dialed it in specifically for home service businesses, and I bring 15 years of marketing and graphic design experience to the table. I've worked with small businesses, public organizations, and run my own smog check shop.

Can I keep the website?
Yes. If you want to own the software yourself, I can transfer everything over to you, including the website.
Just know that Go High Level direct is $297/mo for the same exact thing you're getting through me for $99/mo, and with me you're not managing or building any of it.
If you need your customer data exported, there's a one-time $150 fee. Pulling, packaging, and sending all that data is a pretty time-consuming job.

Hell yes it does.
A Google Business Profile is one of the best free tools out there. It puts you in front of hundreds of people already searching for what you do. I supercharge it by getting you from 10-20 reviews to 100+ fast, so you show up higher in local searches and get more people reaching out.
After every job, all you do is fill out a two-step form (name and phone number) and hit go. We follow up with that customer automatically until they leave you a review, and we filter it so only 4 stars or higher come through. We also ask for repeat business and referrals.
