My Brand Package ("MBP," "we," "us") operates this client portal to help home-service businesses track their Google reviews, leads, and account information. This policy explains what information we collect through the portal, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

  • Account information you provide directly: your email address, legal business name, EIN, and business address, submitted during onboarding.
  • Google Business Profile data: with your permission (you add our account as a Manager on your own Google Business Profile listing), we read your business's reviews and basic listing information via the Google Business Profile API, to show them in your dashboard.
  • CRM contact data: lead/contact information from your GoHighLevel sub-account (name, phone, email, status, last activity), to show a snapshot in your dashboard. You can add or edit contacts and send SMS replies from your dashboard — those changes save directly to your GoHighLevel sub-account.

How we use this information

We use this information solely to operate the client portal: displaying your review statistics and recent reviews, showing your CRM lead snapshot, sending you account emails (including one-time login links), and providing customer support. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers necessary to run the portal: Google (to read your Business Profile reviews and to send account emails), GoHighLevel (the CRM platform that already holds your business's own data), and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Data security

Access to the portal requires a one-time login link sent to your registered email address. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to production systems.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about your business, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing us at the address below.

Children's privacy

This portal is intended for business use by adult business owners and staff, and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
