Who we are and what we do
My Brand Package LLC, doing business as Get Serviced, provides advertising, call handling, and appointment scheduling for licensed home improvement contractors in California. If you reached us through Get Serviced, that is us. We are not a contractor, we do not perform construction work, and we do not hold a contractor license.
When you respond to one of our advertisements or submit a request on one of our pages, you are asking a specific, named, licensed contractor to come look at your property. That contractor's company name and CSLB license number appear on the advertisement and on the page before you give us any information. We handle the phone call and put the appointment on that contractor's calendar.
We are not a lead marketplace. We do not auction your information, and we do not distribute it to a network of unnamed companies. Your information goes to the one contractor whose walkthrough you requested.

What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, the property address or ZIP code, and your answers about the property: what you want done, the size and age of the home, the condition you are seeing, your timeline, and whether the price range we published fits your expectations.
- Information from your call. We use a tracking phone number, which records the number you called from, the date and time, and the length of the call. We do not record the calls themselves.
- Information from your visit to our pages. Device and browser information, IP address, the ad you came from, and pages you viewed, collected through cookies and advertising tools including the Meta pixel and conversions API.
- Information from advertising platforms. If you submit a form inside Facebook or Instagram, that platform passes us the contact information you confirmed there, along with your answers to our questions.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, driver's license number, financial account numbers, or payment information. Do not send them to us.
If you are a contractor using our client portal
Separately from the above, business clients who log into our portal provide account information (email address, legal business name, EIN, and business address) during onboarding. With your permission, given by adding our account as a Manager on your own Google Business Profile listing, we read your business's reviews and basic listing information through the Google Business Profile API to display them in your dashboard. We also read lead and contact information from your GoHighLevel sub-account (name, phone, email, status, last activity) to show a snapshot in your dashboard; contacts you add or edit and SMS replies you send from the dashboard save directly back to your own GoHighLevel sub-account.
How we use this information
We use homeowner information to call you back, schedule your walkthrough, get the named contractor to your property prepared, and measure which advertisements produced real appointments. We use client portal information solely to operate the portal and respond to your own requests: displaying your review statistics and recent reviews, showing your CRM lead snapshot, sending account emails including one-time login links, texting pricing information you asked for, and providing customer support.
Who we share it with, and when
We share your information in four situations, and no others.
- The contractor whose walkthrough you requested. When you book an appointment, we send that contractor what they need in order to show up prepared: your name, phone number, the property address, the appointment time, and the notes from our call about the condition of your home. We send this only after an appointment is scheduled, or when you have asked us to have the contractor contact you directly. If you never book, your information is not sent to any contractor.Once the contractor has your information, they are the ones handling it. Any estimate, contract, deposit, and the work itself is between you and that contractor, under their license, and their own privacy practices apply to what they do with your information from that point forward.
- Service providers that run our systems. Our customer relationship management software, our phone and text messaging provider, our website host, our database provider, and our email provider. They may only use your information to provide those services to us, and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Advertising platforms. We send a hashed, non-readable version of your contact information to Meta so we can measure which advertisements produced real appointments and stop paying for the ones that did not. Under California law this counts as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you can opt out of it at any time using the link at the bottom of our site or by contacting us.
- When the law requires it. In response to a valid legal request, or to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.
What we never do. We do not sell your information. We do not send your information to multiple contractors so they can compete for you. We do not sell or trade your information to lead marketplaces, insurance companies, mortgage or lending companies, home warranty companies, solar companies, or any other business hoping to sell you something.
Calls and texts
When you submit a request, you are asking us to call you. We generally call within the hour, from the number shown on our pages, and we will also send a text so you know the call is coming and is not spam.
We call and text about your request and your appointment. If you also agreed to receive marketing messages, we may follow up about the service you asked about. You can stop text messages any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time, on any call, and we will honor it and add you to our internal do not call list.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
We do not record our phone calls. Our phone system logs the number you called from and how long we spoke, but there is no audio recording of the conversation. If that ever changes we will update this policy first, and you will hear a spoken notice at the start of the call.
We do not share your phone number with anyone other than the contractor whose appointment you booked.
How long we keep it
If you asked for a walkthrough and did not book one, we keep your information for 12 months and then delete it.
If you booked an appointment, we keep the appointment record for 24 months so we can resolve any question about the work or about what we billed the contractor.
Call logs from our tracking number, meaning the number, date, time, and length, are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. There are no call recordings, because we do not record calls.
Client portal account records are kept for as long as your account is active, and deleted on request after it closes.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and where it went, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share hashed contact information with advertising platforms to measure our advertising, which California treats as sharing, and you can opt out of that using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of every page.
To make a request, email hello@mybrandpackage.com or call 951.888.3925. We will verify who you are before we act, usually by confirming the phone number or email you originally gave us, and we will respond within the time the law requires. You can also have an authorized agent make a request on your behalf.
Data security
Access to the client portal requires a one-time login link sent to your registered email address. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to production systems.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults, and our client portal is intended for business use by adult business owners and staff. Neither is directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
