Who we are

My Brand Package LLC, doing business as Get Serviced, provides advertising, call handling, and appointment scheduling for licensed home improvement contractors in California, and operates a client portal for the businesses that hire us. We are not a contractor, we do not perform construction work, and we do not hold a contractor license.

If you are a homeowner requesting a walkthrough

When you submit a request, you are asking the specific licensed contractor named on the advertisement and on the page to come look at your property. We schedule that visit and hand the appointment to that contractor. We are not a party to anything that happens afterward.

Any estimate, proposal, contract, deposit, schedule, warranty, and the work itself is between you and that contractor, under their license and their own terms. We do not set their prices, supervise their crews, inspect their work, or hold their money. You are free to get other bids and free to decline.

Any price range shown on our pages is a published range for planning purposes, not a quote and not an offer. Your actual price comes from the contractor after they have seen your property.

Booking a walkthrough costs you nothing and does not obligate you to buy anything.

Calls and texts

When you give us your phone number and submit a request, you are asking us and the named contractor to contact you about that request, by phone and by text, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages, and tell us on any call to stop calling. We honor both and keep an internal do not call list. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you are a business using our services

Access to the client portal is granted to the business named on the account and to the staff that business authorizes. Login links are sent to your registered email address, and you are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for what happens under your account.

Fees, billing dates, and what is included are whatever your current plan or written agreement with us says. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not prorate partial periods unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Your customer data stays yours. Your Google Business Profile listing, your CRM sub-account, your phone numbers, and your customer records belong to your business, and you can export them or ask us to hand them over at any time, including after you leave.

You are responsible for your own license, insurance, permits, workmanship, and legal compliance, and for the accuracy of the claims you ask us to advertise. If we receive a homeowner's information through you, or hand one to you, you agree to use it only to contact that homeowner about their request, not to resell or redistribute it, and to honor any opt-out they give you.

Acceptable use

Do not submit information that is not yours to submit, do not submit someone else's phone number, and do not use the site to scrape, probe, overload, or interfere with it or with anyone else's use of it. We may suspend access that appears to be doing any of those things.

Our content

The text, graphics, video, software, and design on this site belong to My Brand Package LLC, dba Get Serviced, or the people we license them from, and are not for reuse without our permission. Business names, logos, and license numbers shown on our advertisements belong to the businesses they identify and appear with their permission.

No guarantees, and what we are responsible for

The site and our services are provided as they are. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that any particular contractor will be available, or that any particular business result will follow from our advertising work.

We are not responsible for the work, conduct, pricing, timing, or workmanship of any contractor, and we are not responsible for the acts of the third party platforms our services depend on, including Google, Meta, and our software vendors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. If you paid us nothing, that limit is one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Disputes

Before filing anything, email us and give us thirty days to work it out. Most things get solved with a phone call.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute that does not get resolved goes to the state or federal courts serving Riverside County, California.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
