Why don't you just run ads or do SEO for me?
Because for a local service business, it's usually the worst return on your money. Reviews and map pack ranking is what actually gets you found. Ads and SEO packages are what agencies sell because they're easy to bill for, not because they work best for you.
Can't I just ask my customers for reviews myself? That's free.
You absolutely can. All it takes is asking every single customer, then following up about 5 times over the next 4 weeks if they don't respond, for every job, forever, without missing one. If you can actually do that by hand while running the business, you don't need us. Most people can't keep it up past week two.
What exactly is the 90-day review guarantee?

Do I still need a website?
If you want one, we're happy to build it, but be honest with yourself about what actually gets the phone to ring. Google ranks the business with more, fresher reviews, not the prettiest site. A website is a nice-to-have, not a need-to-have. Plenty of contractors on this system rank in the top 3 and stay booked out with no website at all.
Do I need a new phone number?
You keep your phone. We set up a tracking line that rings straight through to the phone you already carry. You answer it exactly like you do now.
Why does this need a tracking number at all?
Because the automated stuff (review requests, missed-call text-back, follow-ups) has to send from a number that isn't your personal cell. That's what lets the system text on your behalf, log every call and text in one inbox, and show you real numbers on what's coming in. It also means your personal number never ends up on your Google listing or in a mass text.
What does the tracking number cost?
US carriers require every business texting number to be registered (it's called A2P 10DLC; it's how they cut down on spam). That's a one-time $25 registration fee, plus a small monthly fee to keep the number registered and in good standing with the carriers. Those are carrier costs. My Brand Package doesn't keep any of it, we just pass it straight through at what we're charged.
Local number or toll-free?
We default to a local number with your area code. People are far more likely to pick up and text back a local number than an 800 number, and it looks right on your Google listing. Toll-free is available if you'd rather have it, just tell us.
Will this spam my customers?
No. Every message goes out from an approved, A2P-registered number that's never marked as spam, and we put your business name right on the Caller ID, so customers see who's texting them. It only ever goes to people who actually did business with you, and stops the moment they leave a review.
How long does setup take?
Usually 3-5 business days from signup to fully live. Almost all of that time is the tracking number's carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) clearing, which is a US carrier process, not us dragging our feet.
